So I'm a fan of sushi and I love trying new sushi restaurants especially when they are locally owned. I've been reading the reviews of this particular restaurant and thought 50% off sushi all the time seven days a week how could you go wrong.

Well It turns out you can't, it's a Monday night just about 6 o'clock and I can't believe that this place isn't jampacked with customers. Knowing that you can get virtually any roll for 50% off you tend to go overboard a little bit, however I stuck to my guns and ordered the volcano roll, the spicy tune and the Alaskan crab roll.

I will say the volcano roll was one of the best roles I've ever had in any sushi restaurant hands down. The staff is nice there accommodating and they're there for your questions.

No matter if you live here in the Sugarloaf area or you're coming into town for business or visit family You need to experience this place it's small, quaint and at the end of the plaza and it's delicious I will definitely be back.

Sushi is great value for price. Pho is lacking flavor - for pho to be in the restaurant's name, it needs to taste like it's made in house, at minimum. We had no onions or scallions. Just soup base, meat, and noodles.

Advice: add sliced onions, green onions, fresh herbs like thai basil, ginger, cloves, fish sauce, and star anise.

    Service was great.

Will be back for another review.

Yu-ka Sushi Bar Roll & Pho is a small restaurant located in the corner of a small shopping Plaza. It's decorations are minimal and there's plenty of seating. On the outside they advertise 50% off sushi, all day any day, which made me skeptical at first. I thought it was either going to be really good or really bad.
By the time I'm writing this review I've gone there atleast 5 times now. Can you guess if I like it or not? The sushi is phenomenal! And for the price you really can't beat it. The sushi chefs are generous and quick, we never wait long for our food. I've tried the volcano, rainbow, crunchy shrimp, lobster, yuka love, energy, calamari tempura, and California rolls. All of them I'd order again, some of them I have ordered again. This is my go to spot for sushi. I just can't justify spending double the amount on sushi that tastes the same as what I get here.
Now the only reason I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because of the other food. The fried rice is good, it has a roasted corn flavor that's unique and sets it apart from the standard fried rice. But the pho is not so great and since pho is in the name of the establishment I figured it would be better than it is. Don't get me wrong it's not terrible but with so many competing pho restaurants around the corner it doesn't stand up to the competition. The broth is watery and and probably made with instant pho seasoning. But it's edible if you want sushi and a side bowl of pho.
Despite the lack luster pho the sushi is amazing and a must try if you're in the area.

Terrible quality fish. The affordable prices are enticing, but I would not recommend eating anything uncooked here.

I really enjoy coming here. It's good for the price and the sushi is always 50% off. Their pho isn't the best but it's still pretty good. My favorite roll is the volcano roll. I highly recommend that one but all their rolls are good. Overall, good food, clean restaurant, nice servers, and good price. Can't complain
